Meet the Team

Ramanjeet Kaur is the Co- Founder and Head of Audiology at Ascending Audiology, Kandivali - Mumbai. She has earned her Bachelor's degree in Audiology & Speech- Language Pathology from NIHH, Mumbai and bagged a gold medal for her Master's degree from Manipal University, Manipal. She has worked in Starkey Hearing Technologies as a Regional Trainer for over 6 years; and has special interests in technological advancements in the field of hearing.

Ramanjeet offers a strong evidence-based approach with a technological savvy and honest, inquisitive way of working towards optimal hearing solutions with clients. Ascending Audiology was formed to ensure that individuals with speech, hearing & balance issues receive quality care. Her research has been published in the Indian Journal of Otolaryngology, Head Neck Surgery.

Parag Vartak is the Co- Founder and Head of Equipment division at Ascending Audiology. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication), he worked in Reliance Petroleum as a Network Engineer for a span of two years, after which he switched to the field of Audiology for good.

He has gathered immense knowledge in the field with time in Elkon Pvt. Ltd. as a Service Engineer for 2 years; Phonak India Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager – Equipment division for another 2 years; Starkey Laboratories India Pvt. Ltd. as an Area Sales Manager – Equipment division for 8 years; and Medilife Technologies as a Regional Head- Equipment Division for 1 year. Having vast knowledge with all possible Audiological & Vestibular Equipment’s, Parag now heads the Equipment Division at Ascending Audiology.
